Too much sleep and less sleep are not beneficial for health. Doctors believe that people who sleep for 9 to 10 hours are surrounded by a variety of health problems. The sleeping nights for a long time tend to be restless because they spend more time on the bed. Due to this, depression can also be a problem. Find out how much damage our body goes through.

Sleep affects the Mind

The more direct effect of sleep is on your brain and this affects the power to one’s grey matter, learning ability, and reasoning. In many kinds of research, this has proved that if you take less than 8 hours of sleep every night, you remain active and energetic. Similarly, if you sleep for more than eight hours every night, then it means that you are getting too much sleep. Avoid doing this.

Obesity

Due to more sleep, you feel lethargic for most of the time and the energy of your body becomes transformed into fat. According to research, inactivity increases 21 per cent obesity and your obesity opens to other diseases. So, do not sleep for longer than 8 hours.

Headache

If you want to sleep peacefully, wake up in time. Yes, more late sleep affects health. Its direct effect falls on the neurotransmitters of your brain, causing you headache problems, which can then cause you other diseases.

Backache

Due to staying in bed for a long time, our body starts to feel pain. Because of this, the pain often reaches the waist, shoulders, and neck. There is fatigue in the body parts so that there is trouble in doing any work. Therefore, exercise must be practised after the necessary sleep.

Depression

The cause of more sleep is also depression and vice versa. However, doctors advise that there are many reasons for depression. Many times people suffer from depression due to loneliness and tend to become obsessive about sleep.

Heart diseases

People who take 9 to 11 hours of sleep are more likely to have heart attacks. However, there is not much information about the connection with sleeping so far, but it is related to cardiovascular diseases. So, do not sleep for long to keep the heart-healthy.

Diabetes 

Those who take more sleep, are more likely to have diabetes problems. If you become a victim of sleep drunkenness, then your mind remains in the sleeping state while still awake. 

Death

It has been found in many studies that those who sleep more than 9 hours, their mortality rate is higher than those of 7 hours. Therefore, you are embracing death by taking more sleep.
